Had Blake come out and give us a quote for replacing an old leaking waterheater. Super professional and quick service. Blakes guys worked quickly and even ran into some issues with the way the old water heater was orignally set up, but were able to solve them for us without an extra charge. Great team and good service, new plumbing is clean and the new water heater is a work horse!

Not sure who it was but a driver of the company came into the Multi-Resident unit parking lot, and parked in someone's assigned space. When I approached him to see if he can move the vehicle to another space, he freaked out cursing and spitting at me. (We have cameras and witnesses) As the manager, he and that company will never be allowed on property again. That one interaction alone will make me never recommend these people or business. Also. He refused to give his name or what his business on the property was. I tried contacting the owner (Blake Moran) but I think it was the same person that I interacted with since I have not gotten a response back on why and what was the purpose of him being there anyways.
